thereafter, the company expanded its offerings to include its own branded welding and cutting machines,
welding consumables, and accessories, marking significant growth.

In 2017, Pinnacle Welding acquired CHISA Welding, initiating its manufacturing operations with the
production of CHISA branded welding electrodes and the widely recognized Pinnacle Super 7 E6013 and
other Pinnacle branded welding electrodes.

Expanding The Company

By 2018, the Pinnacle brand had evolved into Pinnacle Welding & Safety, reflecting an expanded product
range to meet increasing customer demand for personal protective equipment (PPE). Today, the
company offers over 500 PPE and safety products, including locally manufactured protective overalls
that contribute to the local economy and employment.

In 2023, Pinnacle further broadened its portfolio to become Pinnacle Welding, Safety & Power,
responding to growing needs for reliable industrial power solutions. The company now supplies a
comprehensive range of diesel generators powered by SDEC engines and equipped with DSE controllers,
available in various sizes, and solar products.
